Yung surename po ng bata ay sa mother kasi nung pina register yung bata dpa kasal yung parets niya. at nasa abroad yung father. sabi po ng registrar hidi daw po pweding sundin ang apelyedo ng father. kaya mother's surename ang ginamit. ngayon po gusto po sana namin sundin ang apelyedo ng father ano po pwede naming gawin

Pumunta nalang po kayo sa Civil Registrar ng inyong Munisipyo kung saan nakaregister ang birth certificate po ng bata. Magdala po kayo ng marriage contract at sabihin ninyo na magpapafile po kayo ng petition for your child certificate of live birth para na rin po ma legitimated na ang bata. The registrar will give you lots of requirements sundin lang po ninyo ito at isubmit po sa office nila.
