Sana po ay matulungan niyo ako. noong 2008 ako po ay kinuhaan ng passport ng di ko tunay na pangalan pero parehas lang ng apelyido ko at kalapit ng pangalan ko ginawa para makuha ako ng tita ko sa Japan. pero ito ay hindi natuloy at hindi din nagamit ang passport. ngayon 26 na ako at gusto ko po sana kumuha ng passport gamit real name ko. ma trace po ba ang dati ko passport ag kung oo ano po kaya ang dapat ko gawin at ano po kaya ang pwedeng mangyare salamat po. sana po matulungan nyo po,ako.
