Pwede yan kaya lang dahil nafile na ito sa korte magsubmit na ng motion ang fiscal to withdraw on the basis na may affidavit of desistance na naexecute ang complainant dahil nagkaareglo na po or kung anong valid reason na dapat ipaalam sa korte. Matutuloy pa rin ang hearing sa korte dahil magtatanong ang judge sa complainant kung talagang iuurong niya ang kaso at pati na ang accused ay tanungin din about nito.
