Ngunit nuong October 2020 nlaman namin na wala na pala siya pinapaikot na pera ang sabi niya nagamit niya ang pera lahat NG pautang niya nagbabayad naman ngunit d niya nreremit samin ang pera. Ano po ba mganda gawin action? Actually ngusap po kami na hulugan niya weekly wala na po interest maibalik lang niya sa amin 100k. Ang publema naman po NG huhulog nga siya 500 a week lang po. Tpus naka pg loan siya 600 lang bnyad samin. Pwede po b mgdeman NG ma's mtataas na hulog? Kasi po ilang taon pa bago niya mabayaran yan kung ganyan lang po hulog niya d po ba. Yun lang po kasi ipon namin nwla pa. Pa advice naman po kung ano legal action ang pwede namin gawin.
Pwede po ba kasuhan ang taong NG guarantor upang I pautang ang pera ngunit nagastos niya ang pera?
