Posible po ba ang Adoption without fathers consent?

Mary Celestine
is a House wife in Qatar

Yung mother po is 24 years old, single mom with 2 older kids with different fathers po.

Pwede rin namang alagaan ninyo ang bata while in the process of adoption pa kayo dahil hindi pa naman magiging legitimate or adopted child ninyo yan unless there's already an order from court granting your petition grant.
