This would probably be the last post I'll ever have with regards to my tokophobia. I just really need to assure myself that nothing bad has happened to me. I will also consult a psychiatrist anytime soon to address this concern. Anyway, here is the timeline of my story:
August 26 - August 29 - Period
September 10 - Cycle Day 16 - OBG check up (right ovary was polycystic; benign mass seen near left ovary; prolieferative endometrium)
September 17 - Dry hump (I was humping my ex boyfriend. I wasn't wearing anything, but he still has his brief on. He mentioned small amount of precum on his brief)
September 24 - September 26 - Period
October 1 - Negative PT (2 weeks after contact)
- Dry hump (This time, I was wearing my panty, and he was wearing his brief and basketball shorts)
October 8 - Negative PT
October 15 - Negative PT (2 weeks after second encounter and 4 weeks after 1st encounter)
October 23 - Negative PT
October 24 - Spotting
October 25 - 26 - Period
October 27 - Light red period
October 28 - 31 - Started with red spotting and then to brown spotting
November 5 - Negative PT (2 brands to make sure)
November 25 - 26 - Period. Is it possible that it was triggered by my exercise? I exercised that morning (I usually have a sedentary lifestyle) and got my period after a few minutes, although I was also expecting it on the same day.
November 27 - Light red period
November 28 - 29 - Started with red spotting and then to brown spotting
December 4 - Still scared af, went in for transvaginal ultrasound with PCOS as my main concern. Results showed that both of my ovaries are now polycystic; benign mass still seen near the left ovary.
December 21 - 22 - Period. Period also came earlier (CD 27 instead of 29-32). I was also exercising this day and surprisingly I got my period after 7 hours. It started very light then went heavier.
December 23 - Light red period
December 24 - 25 - Started with red spotting and then to brown spotting
Observations:
Based on the ultrasound, my uterus got smaller on the second check-up. Thin endometrial lining was also observed, but I was on Day 10 when it happened, so maybe that could be the reason why it was thin or maybe it was because of my PCOS.
Some noticeable changes on my period would have to be it's shorter and lighter than my usual periods before. Could be because of my PCOS, I am not sure. I only have 2 days of full period for the past 3 months, followed by 3 days of red to brown spotting, instead of my typical 3 full days. My period also looks like it is mixed with some cervical mucus when I wipe it using a tissue, unlike before that it was mostly only blood.
Do you think this is normal? I am scared that the doctor might have made an error because my reported concern was PCOS during the ultrasound, and not to confirm any pregnancy.

Your main concern now would be? If its about PCOS, are you currently taking medication for it? PCOS can trigger changes in the whole reproductive system since it can influence the hormonal changes. As for the vaginal discharge again it may vary due to the previously mentioned reason especially if there is no trauma involved. As for exercise, it will not cause any changes in your reproductive system. The mass however can cause a lot of different symptoms. Have you discussed any plan with your gynecologist about the mass and abnormal bleeding? It's better for you to consult your gynecologist about these matter since he/she can thoroughly assess your current condition and provide proper intervention. And don't hesitate to ask about any aspect of the diagnosis and even treatment options. You can also ask which symptoms to watch out for and those which are expected or relatively normal or low risk.
