Problem with employer

Ako po kasi an presently employed, at ako po ay pinadala ng employer ko sa japan ng 6 days (araw) at bnigyan nila ako ng bond for 2 years na hindi ako pwede magresign, kaso po eh nahihirapan na po ako sa company namin due to lack of benefits, no increase at halos binabawasan na un leave namin. Pag po ba nag AWOL ako pwede ba nila akong kasuhan? un contract ko po eh notaryado peo po un ay hndi training, kundi tour lang po yun at pg nagresign po ako babayaran ko lahat ng expenses ng tour na yon. 5 years na po ako sa company namin. Please help me naman po.

Pagnag awol ka na, ang company have the discretion na iterminate ka or kasuhan ka for damages kasi you have entered into a contract of employment at pumirma ka sa inyong mga kasunduan. Ito ay nakadepende na sa kanilang desisyon considering the damages na you will cause sa company kung bigla kang umalis.Mas mabuti sigurong hintayin mo nalang matapos ang 2 years ayon sa napagkasunduan ninyo at saka kana magresign para makaiwas ka sa gulo. Isa pa mas mabuti naman yong magkaroon ka ng mabuting review ng employer mo kung gaano ka ka mabuting empleyado sa kanila.

Wala po ba akong laban don?kasi hndi naman sya training pero yun ang nakadeclare sa contract and besides wla naman ako nakuha certificate from them. Pra sa 6 days 2years an kapalit? Because of that agreement naabuso po kame mga empleyado..ibig sabihin wala kame choice kasi pumirma kame at kung bawasan man nila un benefits namin wla n kme mgagawa kasi dhil din don?

Unang-una pinaalam naman sa inyo ang terms and agreement bago kayo pumirma nito at hindi kayo pinilit dito. Kung sa tingin mo ang mga pang aabuso ay talagang wala sa kontrata at ito ay para inhuman treatment at against the law na maari na kayong magpatulong sa isang abogado at doon ilahad kung anong mga violations nila para magsampa nalang kayo ng formal na kaso. Maari din namang subukan mong magresign at sabihin mo sa iyong letter ang lahat ng mga violations na sinasabi mo at iba pang mga ginagawa ng company mo na not in accordance na sa inyong kontrata. Kapag hindi ka nila papayagan magpatulong ka na ng isang abogado na maaring sulatan ang company o magsampa ng kaso laban sa kanila.
