My agency withholds my passport, at sinisingil po nila ako sa mga gnastos nila sa application ko. masyadong malaking halaga. balak ko na lang pong kumuha ng panibagong passport. ipapa lost passport ko na lang po ito. maaari po ba ito?
Pwede ba akong mag apply lost passport? may habol po ba ang agency? meron na daw po akong visa at kontrata na hindi ko pa napipirmahan?

Hindi pwede yung mag apply ka ng lost passport if hindi naman talaga but being hold lang ng agency. The agency can file a case for collection against you if hindi mo yon bayaran. Try to negotiate nalang sa kanila na hindi ninyo kayang bayaran ang halaga baka they can reduce it. Magpatulong nalang po para hindi na gagastos sa PAO lawyer para magpadala ng demand letter na ibigay ang passport with settlement amount.
