Dapat ipaalam sa fiscal ang balak ng parties pati na sa korte dahil nafile na ito. Kailangan gagawa din ng written agreement kung ano man ang napagkasunduan na bayaran or obligasyon at kailangan permado ito ng complainant at akusado po.
