Pwede bang magfile ng divorce sa kasal ko sa Pinas sa Iceland kahit hindi pa Citizen ?

Kasal ako sa Pinas at nghiwalay kami ang asawa ko sustento na lang sa anak ko ang bibigay ko at hindi na niya ako pakikialaman.. Pwede ko po ba ito ifile ng divorce dito sa Iceland para mapawalang bisa yung kasal ko sa Pinas? Pwede ko ba itong gawin kahit hindi pa ako Citizen dito? Salamat po sa makakapagbigay po ng advice patungkol dito.
