Pwede po yan if you have evidence other than the evidence that na kuha po ninyo from hacking sa fb. Take note sa ginawa po ninyong panghahack possibleng they will file a counter case against you na mas malaki pa ang penalty sa ginawa nila sa iyo. If you will use that evidence you are as well giving them evidence to file you a case maaring sa data privacy or for any other cyber crime. Mas mabuting ipaevaluate sa isang lawyer whatever evidence you have before you decide to file a case po.
