Pwede po ba kasuhan ng Cyber Libel ang pag Sulat sa Review sa FB page Dahil hindi po nagustuhan ang gawa nila sa events?

Dito po ako sa Europe(hindi po ako citizen) nag post po ako ng review sa FB page nila dahil hindi namin na gustuhan ang ginawa nila sa Events. Asawa ko po Ay Foreigner at nag comment din po siya at na ka pag bitaw  po siya ng Salita Mura(Fucking Shit) at nilagay po ang name. Possible po pa kami sampahan ng Libel at paano po ang asawa ko Ay foreigner.

Depende kasi sa content ng comment/review if your purpose is ipahiya or to defame or dishonor ang show maaring liable po kayo sa cyber libel. But if your comment is purely based on your opinion na totoo naman maaring hindi po kayo liable nito. Be careful nalang po next time sa pagbibigay ng review. If the said program is based abroad it will depend on the Cybel law that will apply there also.
