Pwede po ba magpagawa ng panibagong deed of sale sa lupang nabili ng yumao naming mama?

May nabili po kasing lupa ang mama ko pero conditional deed of sale lang po ang hawak namin nawawala po kasi yung absolute deed of sale ng lupang nabili ni mama, as per advice po ng atty. Na pinagtanungan ng kapatid ko pwede daw po magpagawa ng bago, ang problema po isa lang ang pwedeng pangalan sa deed of sale, dalawa pa po kaming magkatid na maghahati sana po sa lupa, ang gusto po ng kapatid ko siya na lang daw ang ipangalan sa deed of sale ng lupa , di ba po automatic na kapag siya lang ang nakapangalan wala na po ako karapatan doon? Ask ko po kung pwede po bang isubdivided na po yung lupa , ipadeclare na po na nabili namin siya ng half half ng kapatid ko, kasi po kung papayag po ako sa gsuto niya na sakanya lang ipapangalan baka wala na po akong mahabol, dahil sa bahay pa lang po namin hinati na niya at mas malawak pa po yung kinuha niya, sana po matulungan nyo ako.

Pwede naman talaga sa Deed of Sale kayo dalawa ang buyers at kayo ang registered owners sa title. If someday gusto na ninyo hatiin ipasurvey nalang po at gagawa nalang ng Deed of Partition para hatiin at gagawa na ng separate title under your respective names.
