Ikaw rin mismo ay papayag na ipagamit ang apelyido po niya if you will execute an Affidavit to Use the surname of the Father. Mas mabuting pumunta sa office of the Civil Registrar kung saan kayo nanganak at ipaevaluate at para na rin sa mga requirements.
