For criminal cases hindi po dahil walang jurisdiction ang ating bansa sa crime committed outside our country most especially specially sinabi ninyong work related po ito. For collection cases maybe but you need mga witnesses at evidence para patunayan po ito. Mas mabuti sana if doon ka nalang nagfile sa ibang bansa ng kaso dahil doon po naganap ang crime.
