Magkakarecord ba yun tao na yun kung kukuha siya ng police at nbi clearance? Kasi sa polistation lang ako nagsampa.
Ilang days po ba malalaman kapag my record na ang tao sa nbi at police.

Depende, if from Police Station naisubmit na ng mga Police ang complaint at affidavit sa Prosecutor's office at may probable cause to file it in court magkakarecord na siya sa NBI once the case is filed in court already. It will take 1 to 2 months para malaman if the case is filed in court. You can check it as well from the Police Station/Prosecutor's office or court for for update po.
