Gano kalayo dapat in meters ang mga bahay sa edges ng barangay road?(edges of the barangay road not edges of the sidewalk) or paano po ba ang tamang sukat niyan from edges of the barangay road to the houses or from center line of the barangay road to the houses? Paano kung yung bahay konti lang ang distansya sa barangay road mismo at di sidewalk? Kasi wala ng sidewalk kasi kinain na ng bahay yung sidewalk. Pasok po ba yun na house encroachment? Technically hindi ko po masyadong alam as to how wide ang standard for a barangay road. In my opinion it will adjust to the needs of the barangay. Maari kasing gawin gagawin nilang 2 way or 1 way lang in order to solve the traffic situation. So nakadepende na po yan there are instances na maisarifice po ang portion ng mga bahay para lang po for the welfare of the community and you will be paid compensation of the damage/cost to your property po.
