Una po ninyong gawin kung humihingi kayo ng child support is to send a demand letter sa ama ng bata. Kailangang personally mareceive po niya ito. Maari po kayong magpatulong sa opisina ng PAO or sa mga IBP offices na malapit sa inyo kung saan nagbibigay po sila ng libreng serbisyo. Maari rin po ipatawag muna sa Barangay para po makausap po ninyo ang ama ng bata. Kung talagang ayaw po na magbigay ng support after nakatanggap na po ng demand letter pwede na po kayong magfile ng petition for support or kaya kasuhan nalang po ng Violation against Women's and Children (RA 9262) ito po ay kriminal case so pwede po kayong magpatulong sa Office of the Prosecutor.
