Nagpakasal po kami nung 2010 (judge) pagkatapos ng kasal lumipad po kami sa EU nung 2015 bumalik kami sa pinas kumuha po kami ng NSO Marriage cert. wala po kaming nakuha, wala daw record, valid po ba ang kasal namin?

Hi, valid and inyong kasal if you have complied the essential and formal requisites of marriage ayon sa Family Code.
Essential requisites: 1) Legal capacity (18 years old) of the contracting parties male and a female; 2) Consent freely given in the presence of the solemnizing officer. Hindi kayo tinakot o pinuwersyang magpakasal. Ang formal requisites are 1) Authority of the solemnizing officer; 2) A valid marriage license unless exempt by law. 3.A marriage ceremony which takes place with the appearance of the contracting parties before the solemnizing officer and their personal declaration that they take each other as husband and wife in the presence of not less than two witnesses of legal age.
Kung ang lahat ng iyan ay nacomply ninyo valid ang marriage ninyo kahit wala pang record sa NSO. Pwede ninyong ipalate register ang marriage ninyo magpunta kayo sa Office of the Civil Registrar kung saan kayo kumuha ng marriage license dalhin ninyo ang kopya ng marriage certificate na binigay sa inyo ng kinasal kayo before the judge. Pwede din kayong magtanong sa nasabing opisina kung ano ang proseso for late registration of Marriage Certificate.
