Ang lupa po ay CLOA titled na nakapangalan sa aking lola. Mula 12yrs old po ako ay ako na ang katulong ng lola ko sa pagsasaka. Meron po siyang 5 anak ngunit isa na lang po ngayon ang nabubuhay at ito po ang aking amain na engineer. Gusto niya po akong tanggalan ng karapatan sa bukid na aking sinasaka. Hinati hati po niya ang lupa ng hindi naman namin napagkakasunduan. Malaking bahagi po nito ay ginawa niyang commercial building at ngayon nga po ay gusto niyang kunin ang bukid.

Kung mapapatunayan po ninyo na ikaw talaga ang nagsasaka sa lupa na iyan at hindi ang iyong Tiyo maari po kayong magfile ng reklamo sa Municipal Agrarian Reform Office ng inyong municipyo. Dapat po ninyong iparegister rin na kayo ay matagal na tenant na sa nasabing lupain. Kung ang lupain na iya ay pag aari na ng iyong Uncle ngunit ikaw lang ang nagsasaka nito may karapatan po kayong bilang tenant na hindi basta-bastang mapaalis or maibinta ang nasabing lupain sa iba na hindi po kayo bigyan ng kaukulang share po. Sana ay mapag usapan lang po ninyo ito sa nasabing opisina.
