Hi po blessed day po sa inyo..ask ko lang po kung ano po ang dapat ko gawin ..kasi po yung inuupahan ko po na bahay ngayon is may nakabili na daw..at pinuntahan po ako at kinausap sinabi niya po sa akin na bibigyan na lamang daw po ako ng 15 days po para umalis..kaya lang eto naman pong dating may ari ng bahay sinasbi po sakkin ma wag daw po ako aalis tsaka may advance pa po ako na ginagamit...ang tanong ko po is sino po ba ang dapat magpaalis sakin yung may ari dati or nagsasabing nakabili na ng bahay..sana po masagot po ang katanungan ko po Godbless po..

May Contract of Lease po ba kayong napirmahan between the previous owner? Importante kasi yon lalo na if nakasaad doon ang term of contract or kung kailan matatapos ang contract po ninyo. If ever kasi nakasaad ang date of expiry the buyer should respect that. If walang contract of lease naman na na execute ninyo the presumption is monthly lang yon contract ninyo so the buyer now can demand you to leave however if mayroon pa kayong deposit or advance payment you may collect it from the previous owner or the seller. Kailangan sigurong makipag usap sa previous owner para tulungan kayo na consume po ninyo whatever advance/deposit you have at siya na po ang magsasabi nito sa buyer.
