Pwede kung talagang hindi niya nirecognize yong bata na anak niya. Pero kung may ebidensya katulad ng hand written private documents, pictures, email, text na magpapatunay na kinikilala niya ang bata kahit hindi ito nakaapelyido sa kanya then maari itong gamitin para magfile kayo ng Petition sa Korte for support. Kailangan munang magpadala ng demand letter sa kanya at magpatulong kayo sa abogado o maaring ring lumapit sa PAO na magpagawa ng demand letter for support.
