Naka registered na rin po ito sa registry of deeds at may tax declaration na binabayaran namin kda taon.. Ang tanong ko po kung tutuo po ba na hindi valid yung titulo namin kasi wala daw batas na pwede tituluhan yung lupa namin?

Valid na man po yon if Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) ang titulo na hawak ninyo that is awarded by the government through the Department of Agriculture para sa mga qualified beneficiaries po. However, may mga prohibition na nakalagay diyan lalo na if gusto ninyo itong ibenta sa ibang tao ito po ay nakasaad sa nasabing titulo mababasa po ito ninyo diyan.
