Jescelyn, ask ko lang po.. May kaso po ako RA 9165 Sec. 5 & 11 at nag PLEA BARGAIN po ako at sentence serve narin po, pagkukuha po ba ako ng NBI bibigyan kaya ako? Dibah pag nag PLEA po ay Convicted na? Kung sakaling makakakuha mag aapear po ba sa clearance yung naging kaso ko? Salamat Atty. God Bless po...?

Yes, pwede pa rin po kayong kumuha ng NBI clearance lalo na you have served the sentence already. Mag appear yan sa record ng NBI but hindi sa clearance ninyo na siyang ipiprint ng NBI office. By the time kukuha ka ng NBI maghit ka talaga pero kailangan mo lang dalhin ang court order of dismissal sa case mo or clearance from court na serve muna ang sentence. Usually, the NBI will ask you to provide other requirements so mas mabuting sa office nalang po nila magtanong para sa karagdangang information. You will undergo interview pa po sa NBI in-charge tungkol sa record mo.
