Nag loan po ako ng cash sa home credit. Yung pera po ginamit ng kapatid ko. Kaso naaksidente siya at naputulan ng paa wala pa pong 1year ang naibayad niya. Alam kong ako magkakargo non kasi sakin nakapangalan. Pero dahil sa pandemic nawalan naman po ako ng trabaho at walang kakayahan makapag bayad. Yung ipon ko naubos nung naoperahan kapatid ko at kakamatay lang ng mama namin. Talagang sagad na sagad.
Tanong ko lang po,kung sakali po mag apply po ako pa abroad. Magiging problema ko po kaya yun? Makakaalis po ba ako? O haharangin po ako sa embassy? 100k po yung cash, pero may interest pa kayo lalo malaki. Maari po ba ako makulong ng dahil dito? Naki online lang po ako dahil kahit cellphone ay wala ako. Sana po masagot at sobrang problemado na ako

If may kasong naifile sa iyo at wala namang hold departure order pwede po kayong magtrabaho abroad atleast naman makaghanap kayo ng pambayad nito. However, if purely collection some of money lang ang kaso the creditor will look into your properties usually para ma attach or kukunin once may decision na ang court. You may also ask from the immigration office kung wala po bang hold departure against you. But so far with my experience if purely collection some of money lang po pwede po talaga kayong magtrabaho abroad.
