Medyo mahaba ang process po kailangan na may Deed of Sale signed by the parties (Seller, Buyer and witnessed) at notarized ito. Kailangan din with acknowledgment as to the amount received by the Seller and Official Receipt from the notary public who notarized the deed of sale. Kailangan ninyong bayaran ang capital gains at documentary stamps sa BIR within 30 days from notarization of the said Deed of Sale or else kapag lumampas may kaukulang penalty na po ito. Marami pa pong requirements like Certified True Copy of the Transfer Certificate of Title, Latest Certified True Copy of the Tax Declaration, TIN ID's ng buyer at seller mas mabuting you visit BIR for more details. From BIR you will go to Register of Deeds para sa pagprocess ang titulo.
